Issue fixed: In case SAVE_SIZE_IN_EMPTY_ORDNUMBER is active and assembly component is placed while another assembly with equal subcomponents already exists the order is overwritten by size value. [RM-12836]
Issue fixed: In library assemblies the parameters from sub components are not correctly updated in case they should be filled from dat file [RM-12841]

Issue fixed: In case springs are assembled on multiple points only the last cutout ist created. [RM-12764]

Improve spring component behavior. Introduce new flexbile springs and force calculation mechanism. Breaking Change: Compressions Spring is not part of Moldbase Definition anymore. New flexible springs are not compatible with Moldbase Defintion. Existing Springs can be modified and deleted like regular spring components. [RM-12328]
