allow different param_relations.txt in ifx_fastener_data folder. You can add a suffix for your catalog or for the fastener type (screws, nuts, washers, pins or insters). Example: 'param_relations_screws.txt' or 'param_relations_mm.txt' or even both param_relations_mm_screws.txt. NOTE: The catalog has higher priority. [RM-5860]

Fix problem in [RM-5857][RM-5856]. While converting the library *.dat files with the same name but different content where ignored.
For Countersunk Screws (SCREWTYPE 60-79) the dimensions DK and K can be specified in the *.dat file. If DK is greater than the max. possible value, this will lead into problems. The leading dimension is K. Depending on K and the cone-angle IFX will calculate the maximum DK diameter and change the value if it is greater. [RM-6548]

Fix problem while placing a fastener on a pattern reference with multiple elements (points, axes or cylindrical surfaces). If the leader of the pattern is selected everything works well. Otherwise the fastener is not assembled. [RM-5854]
While converting the library only *.prt files are copied to the designation folder. All versions like *.prt.1 were ignored. [RM-5857]
