Enhancements

• Export: allow creation of combined export. Multiple exports can be written at the same time.
  Use new keyword "SE_INSERT:" followed by export name (=directory name). Example:
  #SE_INSERT:IGES#
  #SE_INSERT:STEP#
  The complete output is redirected to the combined file by default. Use option "SE_OUTPUT_TO_FILE YES"
  in configuration of sub-export to generate the output in a separate file.

Bugfixes

• Drawing: move views of position sheet correctly to combined electrode sheet if added to main drawing.

• Drawings: make sure creation of drawings does not stop during processing.
  If drawing creations stops midway, call command "Internal use only" in SMARTElectrode ribbon > group help > overflow. [RM-25158]
• Export: make sure items listed in option SE_EDM_DISPLAY_LAYERS are correctly added to layer SE_EXPORT_DISPLAYED.
  New items are automatically removed from layer SE_EXPORT_HIDDEN if necessary.
  Delete layers SE_EXPORT_DISPLAYED and SE_EXPORT_HIDDEN manually or use option SE_EDM_RESET_LAYERS=YES to enforce reset.

• Drawings: fix dimension creation workflow. Avoid duplicated dimensions on electrode part drawing.
  Make sure to create missing dimensions when positioning sheet for electrode is updated.
