Enhancements

#699: New Options:

AXIS_AUTO_CREATE
AXIS_AUTO_GROUP
AXIS_FORMAT
AXIS_GRP_FORMAT
POINT_AUTO_CREATE
POINT_AUTO_GROUP
POINT_FORMAT
POINT_GRP_FORMAT

Use this options to create a point or an axis for each hole automatically. All column values from the table are written to the axis feature as parameters.
Set the option AXIS_AUTO_CREATE to YES to create an axis in the center of the hole or update the parameter of the axis.
Set the option POINT_AUTO_CREATE to YES to create a point at the startpoint of the hole or update the parameter and position of the point.
With *_AUTO_GROUP the created features can be group. Configure the name of the created features with *_FORMAT.

#699: New commands on right mouse button:

Create Point and Axis

Use this commands to create a point or an axis for all selected holes.

#703: If the option SHOW_DIALOG is set to NO, there was no control which holes are written to the table. Now the holes can be highlited.

#704: Now it is possible to setup different hole type definitions for different directions. You will find a new frame 'Define directions' in the 'Configuration Dialog' on the register 'Hole types/UDF'.

Bug fixes

#602: Some holes are not recognized in SHC 7.0 but in SHC 5.0. This bug is now fixed. The option ALLOW_SURF_AS_THREAD was not used in SHC 7.0. This causes the problem.

#624: If you use the output UDF_ORIENT the angle was only from 0° to 180°. Now SHC can output from 0° to 360° for the orientation of an UDF.

#652: The window for selection the configuration path was too small. Long pathes could not be read.

#653: In some special cases the configuration files were destroyed by SHC. This problem is now fixed.

#710: If SHC recognizes a UDF, then all surfaces from this UDF are not taken into consideration for the SHC geometry recognition. In some cases, the surface are still used for recognition. This problem is now fixed.

#1009: The SHC-Window moves behind the ProE Window
New Option: SET_WINDOW_TOPMOST
Set this option to YES if the SMARTHolechart window move behind the ProE Window.

Enhancements

#28: New Options: NC_LINENUMBER and NC_ADD_LINENUMBER
Use this options to output a consecutive number to your NC output. It is now possible to add the number directly to your output with <LINENUMBER>. The old option NC_ADD_CONSECUTIVE_NUMBER has been deleted.

#315: Change sort direction
With a "-" in front of the sort priority you can change the sort direction now.

#382;#476: New Option: SELECT_CONFIG
If you set more than one path to the environment variable SHC_USER_CONFIG, you can force the user to select the current configuration in a new dialog box. This makes sure that the user doesn't use the wrong configuration.

#433: New value for UDFs: DIAMETER
Now you can use the option CREATE_TABLE_PER_DIAMETER even for UDFs. Enter the name of the diameter parameter at the hole type definition.

#461: New mechanism for MIN_HALF_ANGLE
Improve the mechanism with the option MIN_HALF_ANGLE.

#474: Change the resizing of the configuration dialog box.

#475: New functionality: Set color as requirement
Now you can set a color of a hole type element as requirement. Only if the hole already has this color, then this hole type will be used.

#477: New Option: CONSIDER_PARAMETERS_FROM_PARENT
Set this option to YES if you want to consider parameters from parent patterns or groups.

#478: New configuration value: <NAME;MAX=x>
With this value up to x digits will be output. In case of less than x digits no additional zeros will be filled in.

#498: New column "Font size" in table definition
Now you can enter a font size for your drawing columns.

Bug fixes

#310: If the option COLOR_HOLES is set, then holes where colored even if no table could be found for this hole.

#374: SMARTHolechart runs into a crash if a special character was inside the path to the configuration files.

#449: If the option ADD_NOTE_FRAME is set to yes, SMARTHolechart adds a frame around the drawing note. After doing "Auto arrange notes" those frames disappear.

#489: If you reorder your hole types SMARTHolechart runs into a crash, sometimes.

#237: New Option: IGNORE_SURFACES_ON_HIDDEN_LAYERS
Use this option to ignore surfaces which are on hidden layers.

#27: New Option: NC_ADD_LINE_BREAK
Set this option to NO to add your own line breaks to the NC output file. Then no automatic line breaks are added.
