Use the feature parameter BUW_SO_STRAHLER_DIR to set the direction of the rays in the feature.
BUW_SO_STRAHLER_DIR = 1 ; inverse direction

The intensity value wasn't in procent. You have to use a factor 100 to set the lost of intensity. Now the value is in percent per unit length.
